Leverage your existing content from the DAM with our marketing components

If you have an asset that you would like to feature on your page, simply supply the source and a variety of components can automatically display the following metadata for easier content creation:

Title

Description

Call to Action

Button Text (will need to be chosen for newly used assets)

Link to Asset

Thumbnail (optional)

Will fallback to standard document preview if no Thumbnail is provided

To utilize this capability, use our standard web page request process by filling out the staging document and submitting a request in Workfront. Within the staging document, locate the component you’d like to use, enter the Form number for the asset you want to embed, and note that you’d like to use the information from the DAM.

For assets that have not used this functionality before, you will be required to choose the CTA Button text, e.g. LEARN MORE, VIEW MORE
