UI Assets

Utilize consistent UI Assets

When creating a calculator, design elements like buttons and spacing should adhere to the look and feel used across Dow.com. Examples of components from the Style Guide that can be used are shown here. You can also use toggles, switches, radio buttons and checkboxes within calculators.

Error States

When displaying error states within the calculator, you can either use a prompt as an overlay, for example after clicking ‘Calculate’ the function cannot be performed. Or if the error is known within a form field, for example an invalid value, the error state style of the form field can be used.
